The idea of the meeting is to bring together researchers with interest in the development of Gravitational Wave Astronomy, including researchers from related areas of Astrophysics, Cosmology, and Fundamental Physics. Please, feel free to send this announcement to scientists that may be interested in attending.
The style of the meeting will be informal, with significant time for discussions, and there will be no registration fee. In future communications we will describe the details of the scientific program.

7th International LISA Symposium
The International LISA Symposium is a series of Conferences which are celebrated every second year since its first edition in Chilton, near Oxford (UK) in 1996. The seventh edition was held in Barcelona, 16 to 20 June 2008, and organised by the Institut d'Estudis Espacials de Catalunya (IEEC) and the Instituto de Ciencias del Espacio (ICE-CSIC). The Symposium venue was CosmoCaixa, a remarkable contemporary Science Museum.
The Conference focused on various aspects of LISA, such as LISA Technology and Design, Astronomy/Astrophysics with LISA, Cosmology/Fundamental Physics with LISA, Data Analysis and simulations, LISA PathFinder, and ground-based and other space-based detectors. Plenary talks, contributed talks organised in two parallel sessions, and posters were presented during the Symposium. A fair sample of them has been collected in the Conference Proceedings, jointly published by Classical and Quantum Gravity and Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

LISA Astro-GR: 2009 edition
The 2009 edition of the LISA Astro-GR meetings took place at Barcelona organized jointly by the Institute of Space Sciences (CSIC-IEEC) and the Albert Einstein Institute.
This meeting focused on a few, short reports from different scientists working on the interpretation of gravitational wave observations as a tool of astronomical discovery and a probe of the fundamental Physics of Gravity. Some days of the meeting were devoted to representative, enlightening talks and some other days were exclusively reserved to discuss specific topics on separate groups.
